Anodizing of Aluminium
Anodizing is the most commonly used process with regard to protecting objects that are made of aluminium or aluminium alloys.
Through the electrochemical process of anodizing, we achieve the creation of a layer of Aluminium Oxide with an average thickness of 10-30 μm, which we can coat in various colors.
We must point out that anodizing is not possible for every aluminium alloy and that’s why we’re asking you, prior to completing the design of an object and choosing an alloy, if it requires anodizing, consult us!!!
